Vendor Applications Now Open

Vendor applications are now open! Vending fees are $75 and this does NOT include any tickets. Each vendor entering the event must purchase their own full weekend pass at $175 if they plan to participate in any of the workshops.

Final requirement will be a $25 to $50 item, at retail value, donated for the Hoopwest raffle. Please email us with any questions.

Our vendor market will have a volunteer on hand to keep an eye on your wares while you participate in the workshops.

How To Apply:

Step 1: Fill out the vendor registration form below.

Step 2: Email one to three photos of your wares to with the subject line: “Vendor Application”. Please include the name of your company. If you have a logo, please include that too.

IMPORTANT: Your application will not be reviewed unless both steps are completed.

If your application is approved, you will be asked to purchase a full weekend pass (if you haven’t already), submit the $75 vendor fee, and provide a description and/or photo of your raffle item.

All vendors must be approved by the HoopWest team, and all payments must be received prior to your information being advertised on our website or social media.
